built where once the historical Vaillant labs produced activated charcoal, the Charcoal Factory is the result of a careful renovation of interior and exterior spaces given over to a social function: infant school, kindergaten, multi-purpose hall for events, music school. The building, which will house 100 children, aged from 3 months to 6 years, was built with high-tech materials.
