close to the historical centre of the town, a dismantled industrial area has been reclaimed by building four residential edifices, new roads, parks and a kindergarten. a repeatable unit is placed in the area so as to organize the surrounding dwellings around a garden at the centre of which the kindergarten with a garden roof is built with bioclimatic architecture techniques. the style, although respecting the modes of traditional architecture, uses less decorative elements thus enabling onlookers to see clearly the deformation of the spaces.
